Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using this site (www.artfarmprints.com) you agree to be
legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your
first use of this site. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the
following terms please do not access and/or use this site.

This site is owned and operated by Artfarm (referred to herein as 'Artfarm',
'our' and 'we'). All content included on our site is owned by Artfarm and is
protected by English and International copyright laws. You may not copy,
reproduce, download, modify or distribute our images in any manner.

Returns

In accordance with the United Kingdom's distance selling regulations, should
you purchase goods and then change your mind about purchasing them, you may
return the goods for credit subject to the following conditions:

· You inform us within seven working days of receipt of the goods
· You pay the return delivery charges
· Goods are returned in their original, re-saleable condition and in their original packaging
· Goods are not a bespoke 'Your photos' item (see below)

Your photos

When sending photos and images to Artfarm it is solely and without exception
the responsibility of the person sending the photos and images to us, to
ensure that they have the written permission of the copyright owner to use
the image. The submission of photos and images to Artfarm acknowledges that
you understand and accept that a certain degree of cropping and editing may
be required and that this will be conducted by us to provide the best
result, in our opinion. You also acknowledge that the quality of the final
print will vary depending on the quality of the image supplied to us by you,
the customer.

Digital images can be submitted to us by uploading them to the Artfarm site
(see the 'Your photos' page). Digital images can also be e-mailed to us or
submitted via CD. Please see the FAQ page for details of acceptable file
formats. Images submitted in this way will not be returned to you, the
customer.

Image(s) submitted by post should be no larger than a sheet of A4 paper and
should be posted to us in a hard-backed envelope. We cannot be held
responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend
that you make copies of the images before posting them to us. Your images
will be returned with the finalised print.

All artworks are provided as a bespoke service to the you, the customer.
This means that all artworks are created explicitly and uniquely for you.
This means that items delivered in good condition may not be returned. Items
damaged in transit will be exchanged free of charge. We reserve the right
to charge for re-posting returned orders.

Payments

All prices are inclusive of VAT. The total cost of your order is the price
of products ordered plus postage and packaging costs, as detailed on the
website. Artfarm uses Paypal for credit card transactions. You may also pay by
cheque or postal order. If you have any queries please contact Customer Support
at sales @ artfarmprints.com.

Damaged goods

Full refunds will be made by Artfarm for goods lost or damaged in transit
(except for 'Your photos' items). You must sign the delivery note to the
effect that the goods are damaged and notify us within 1 working day of
receipt of any damaged goods to be eligible for a full refund or exchange
(in the case of 'Your photos' items, you will be eligible for exchange
only). You must keep all packaging and artwork as found.
Alternatively, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Delivery

Work will commence on your order as soon as payment (and artwork, if
required for 'Your photos') is received.

Delivery of goods is normally 7-10 days from receipt of payment (and
artwork, if required for 'Your photos'). However, please note that once the
goods have passed to our courier we cannot be held responsible for any
delays that occur in transit.
